You can also organize family life on basis of the sociocratic principles.
The result is a better mutual understanding, togetherness and less arguments. Family members feel more at home and support each other with their individual aims in life.
 
I consult and support families which want to improve the quality of their family life on basis of the sociocratic principles.

Family as Top Organization

Families provide a lot and they deserve our support in order to achieve their beautiful aims: To create a place where you can feel "at home". A safe base camp for your adventures in life, and to support young people in their growth towards adulthood.
 

Training or Individual Consulting

I provide teleclasses in English language. Here you can learn together with other parents about the basic sociocratic principles. After some class sessions you will be able to lead the process of formulating your family's dream, your family's role and specific aims together with your children. (Depends on their age). And furthermore you will be able to introduce and establish a supportive structure for family gatherings which are creative and fun. These gatherings help you as parents to take the lead and to become a powerful family.
A possible next step is to get clear about who are your family's stakeholders. Your Ex-partners? Grandparents? Other relatives? Therapists? Consultants? Tell them about your common vision, mission and aim. Do it by appreciating everybody's contribution to different aspects of your family's well-being. For instance economic, wisdom, experience, time to listen. Stakeholders make parents less alone. They are a benevolent power. Dysfunctional families typically don't have such a "higher power". Organizing stakeholders can be the starting point for a family top circle.
Some parents prefer to have individual family coaching. In this case I help you to set up your family top circle and support you in your first steps by facilitating monthly skype callswith your top circle.
There is also the opportunity to participate in a circle of "family managers" with monthly teleconference calls, guided by a sociocratic expert.
 
Costs
Teleclasses are 20,- € per person per session.
Individual Family Coaching via skype is about 30,- to 50,- € per session.
Membership in a circle for "family managers" is 180,- € per person per year; .
